We are committed to providing a safe, respectful platform for creators and viewers aged 18+. These guidelines ensure our community remains welcoming and compliant with applicable laws.

Content That Violates Our Guidelines

We do not allow:

Child exploitation or abuse of any kind
Non-consensual sexual content or deepfakes
Content involving illegal activities or violence
Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
Copyright or intellectual property infringement
Content promoting illegal drugs or weapons
Fraudulent or scam content
Personal information doxxing or privacy violations

Creator Responsibilities

Creators must:

Only upload original content or content with proper licensing/permissions
Accurately describe and label content
Obtain consent from all identifiable individuals featured in content
Not impersonate others or misrepresent facts
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respond professionally to copyright claims and removal requests

Viewer Responsibilities

Viewers agree to:

Not share account access or credentials
Not download or redistribute content without permission
Report violations using our flagging system
Respect creators and other viewers in all interactions
Not engage in harassment or hate speech

Content Review Process

All creator-submitted content (podcasts, blogs, videos) undergoes review before publication. Our team evaluates compliance with these guidelines. Approval typically takes 1-3 business days. Rejected content receives feedback explaining the reason.

Reporting Violations

Found content that violates these guidelines? Use the report button on any content page or contact support@platform.com with details. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, up to content removal and account termination.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations may result in:

Warning: First-time minor violations
Content Removal: Violating content is deleted
Account Suspension: Temporary access revocation (7-30 days)
Account Termination: Permanent removal for severe or repeated violations
Legal Action: We may pursue legal remedies for illegal activity

Age-Restricted Content Labeling

While this entire platform is 18+, creators should label content with content warnings for extreme or sensitive material (graphic violence, explicit sexual content, etc.) so viewers can make informed decisions.

Appeal Process

If your content is rejected or account is restricted, you can appeal within 30 days. Send an appeal to support@platform.com with evidence supporting your case. Our team will review and provide a response within 7 business days.
